Chalala Micro-Bakery
Chalala bakery is located west of Toowoomba in the heart of the Darling Downs. We have an Alan Scott designed wood-fired masonry oven in which we make sourdough breads and muesli which we sell in retail outlets (http:// www.chalala.com.au for details) and at the Darling Downs Farmers Market (DDFM) held on the first and third Sundays of each month (see http://www.ddfm.com.au).
We plan to use this page to keep you updated with the breads we will have at the DDFM and to fill you in on how "the bake" has gone/is going and what is generally happening in the bakery.
